Chocolate Bean Brownies
These are my go-to cheat treats.
Serves: 16
Ingredients
1 ½ cups black beans
3 tbsp cocoa powder
½ cup rolled oats
½ tsp baking powder
¼ cup avocado oil
⅓ cup honey
1 ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
½ cup dark chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Combine all ingredients, other than chocolate chips, in a food processor. Blend until smooth.
- Stir in chocolate chips to mixture. Pour into a greased 8×8 pan. Sprinkle the top of brownies with some chocolate chips.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
