Banana Chai Muffins

Ingredients
3 ripe bananas
½ cup unsweetened applesauce
½ cup natural almond butter
¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
½ cup coconut flour
⅓ cup rolled oats
¼ cup hemp hearts
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp ground cardamom
1 ½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp ground ginger
¼ tsp salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350o F. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper baking cups.
- Whisk bananas, applesauce, almond butter, olive oil and vanilla together.
- Add coconut flour, oats, hemp hearts, baking powder, baking soda, spices and salt and mix well.
- Divide batter evenly among 12 baking cups and bake for 20-25 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes.
